I  am sitting on the post to day rather than saying go for it like yesterday.  I have friends that are active duty and called up reservists. But yesterday a friend that is inactive reserve got called up.  He is a medic in the Army but sinse the Army days he has gotten his BSN and is an RN also he is a commuter expert.  He is working with Nursing informatics making lots of money nice house wife kids. Now he is going to war @ a dollar amount that is 4 times less than he makes now.
