As you know by now, I'm involved with a unique BSA troop
comprised of members of many local community churches brought
togather for the purpose of scouting.

The age group I'm refering too should have achieved the GMA
earlier and "finished" the core of the Royal Ranger goals..

program that follows along with Patrol's and team building,
merit acheivement and exploreation of vocational challenges.

I am aware of several scouting programs that could mesh with
these boys and their parents to respect their cultural and spiritual
heritage while building character with proven programs in High Adventure
and resident camps ect.

I talked with a national represenitive of BSA and with my local
Scout executive, and the roadwork is in place on Scouting's side
to construct a bridge of understanding to working closely with
Faith based groups.

Is this in any way a possibilty or option/opportunity for the boys?
