Anyone have a Staff Installation Pledge? The one I
have in mind is based on the Ranger pledge and I have one
somewhere, but can't seem to put my hands on
it. I have a new staff member in the works and have been
asked to to a formal installation ceramony, once he is
approved.
No rush, as things are several weeks away yet. One of
his commanders asked if I'd do it for him and of course I agreed,
now I have to extract my foot from my mouth. Any ideas?

PS: Continue to keep me in prayer for work, things are starting
to "thaw" a bit. Have had some good leads to persue
lately. I've had one nibble & one bite so
far, but he didn't bite hard enough as he got away.
May have to go back and sharpen up my hook or get one with a larger
barb. Trusting the Lord to open up the right one, with good
pay, that will allow me to continue working in Rangers.
