Hey all. Help! I want to design this FACILITY REQUEST FORM and give me
some tips.
When we request a facility to use for a Pinewood Derby or a lockin or a
place of some kind..It amazes me what you need to request when asking for
the use of a facility. Most take this stuff for granted. Others don't.
In the past years I have learned by the school of hard knocks and wish to
help avoid this in the future by sending out enough information to the
right folks and avoid the dropped ball syndrome. So help me out here.
What am I missing. I don't have very much time in this...so help!

To make this a successful event I am sending you this letter to verify
the facilities and what we will need access to during this time.
If there is a problem on any of these requests please contact me at

Any other ideas? I will include this in the Permission Slips Part of the
Ranger Database and plan on updating the Ranger database in a couple of
weeks. I also added emailing right out of the District Database and the
Outpost Database and the Contacts Database.
