Nope , it's not a crusade, remember you ar not supposed to use that word
because it is politically incorrect and is about as inflamatory a calling an
Afro-American black. (just not supposed to use that word) It's not a Crusade
because the Pope said no. If I remember right all of the other Crusades had
a Pope behind them. There is nothing "Holy" about war. The Crusades were
wars, they were not holy, the Islamic jihad and their issuance of their
fatwahs are all about war, not God, Allah or whatever else they believe in.
It's war.
I used to work for the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (RESA) my work week was
affected by the Islamic holidays.
I personally think that Saddam along with bin Laden are both trying to use
their belief in Islam to cloud issues and distort them from what they really
are. From what I have read, I can conclude that Saddam is about as much of
Muslim as is a "Sunday Christian" is on a Sunday. I've met Prince Bandar,he
was a very approachable guy, did Security for his private jet, and his
Islamic schools here in the Nation's Capital. Saddam is a dictator, despot
and tyrant who is using religion to cloud issues.
I don't agree agree on everything Bush is doing, but I support the man and
I pray for the best of outcomes.
