Two ways to do this:

1) get a tank mounted post that allows you to mount the lantern on the top.  Most posts also have several fittings on them for connecting other appliances.

2) buy an adapter that allows you to refill the small tanks from your large tank.  HEAVY caution on this one - it can be VERY dangerous if you do not know what you are doing!

What do I need to do to run these off of the large propane tanks like you use with gas grills?
