I always told them in order to do more with Rangers we need to earn merits.
The more merits earned, the more activities we can do and I gave examples of
the activities. It was an uphill battle because Rangers was just vying for
time in many of their lives between sports, Kung Fu lessons, Piano lessons,
it was just something additional that got the back burner at least in the
outpost I used to be with (#39)
