What's wrong with the claim?

1.  "Pepsi has a new "patriotic" can coming out with pictures
       of the Empire State Bldg.

       A.  It's not Pepsi, it's Dr. Pepper.
       B.  It not the ESB, it's the Statue of Liberty.

2.   "...and the Pledge of Allegiance on them."

       A.  Only three words were on the can: "One nation...indivisble"  NOT the pledge.
