I just read the text of
the law:

Read it carefully. It has to do with semiautomatic
assault weapons. It explicitly exempts antique firearms such as muzzle loaders –
page 3, line 11. FCFers will not have to flee the state. It also exempts all
legitimate military uses of such firearms. I have no Kalashnikov or Uzi, nor do
I want one in my neighborhood.
