All, Looks like it will be a while still before I go full time. I asked my boss today what the problem is with me going full time. He basically said he couldn't afford it. I can understand him but am also upset and wondering how many more years I have to be part time. Even then what is to say he can afford it. Perhaps a new job is in the picture.
