The IPHC has switched to the new program, and I for one am glad. The old system was great, it got me hooked into rangers, but everything changes. Boys today have way more things that are baiting them to the world than they did. They want more things that reflect their culture. They want extreme fun and always more recognition of the things they do. The old system just didn't compete with the things that the world had to offer. It needed changing. It was time for the wine to be put in a new wineskin (to quote Matthew). We all must face change. Make the best of it and remember the reward for the deeds of your life that God will give you.
