Well after 4 weeks of doing a little here and a day there... I put up the
150' zip line from the Tree House to the Deck Stairs. I just updated the
website with the latest pictures of my son and a few of the boys in our
neighborhood whom seem to be very interested in zip line RIDING! Even a
shot of my wife going down the zipline.

As one of our local favorites would put it... Rancho Deluxe Tree house is
just about done!

I thank Royal Rangers for Figure Eight Knots, Come along, Boleen Knots
and half a dozen other things I have learned putting up zip lines for
Ranger Events as well as learning how to deal with boys that are full of
energy and READY for ANYTHING!

As you can see the start from the Tree house is a good 16 feet up. A
lesson in faith is taught here when one goes down the zip line the first
time... it is scary at first. I will be teaching some rappeling from the
tree house in latter days.

All in all it has been a good project with a lot of help from the
neighborhood boys and even one pastor /dad stopped over to help out.

Check out the pictures at http://home.classicnet.net/mjones02/index.html
click on Rangers enter here then page down to the bottom of the page to
Marshalls Tree House link. 96 pictures or so. If your interested in zip
lines there are a ton of links on the net for them.
