The official national policy on women in RR is on pgs 323-324 of the new leaders
manual.
I believe one of the reasons the issue keeps coming up is the failure of
Missionettes to address the interest in camping that many young ladies and
Missionette leaders have.
For that reason some churches DO run a RR program that allows for the ladies and
girls to participate in RR campouts.
Our time would be better spent asking the National or local Missionette
leadership "why not?" when it comes to the ladies camping rather than berating
those RR outposts that have made the ladies and girls welcome.
