During this Pinewood Derby lock in I had receipts from a lot of sources and + / - type stuff. It took me a while to tabulate and figure it and running between 3 different sheets to get a tally on things. So tonight after writing checks to full fill my accounts payable I made up a worksheet that automatically calculates. It is part of the permission slips database. I have worked hard this past year to get it up to task and it will handle just about everything. Here is a list for those who have inquiring minds!!!
Bulletin Request Form (For Church Bulletins) Campsite Layout (Scan your bitmap in) Check Request Form (Generic and Church who what when where and why!!!) Costume (Scan your costume in) Delegation (For those hundred things you need help doing) Devotion (When its your turn to do the devotion) Fasiod/Plans (Bitmap scan it in) Judging (Judging sheet for that event) Last Minute Note (Always something isn't there) Menu (Every outing has it own menu) Money Totals (Calculates coins to 100.00 bills) Outing Balance (Sheet to turn into Church Office calculates automatically nice!!) Outing Check off sheet (Every outing has its own personalize check off sheet) Outing Flyer (Change the date and a few minor details and use it again every year) Outing Purchase List (Extra stuff that needs special attention) Outing rules (Some need them some don't there is a place here for yours) Outing Schedule (Keep it on time and running smoothly..fix what didn't work and have it for next year) Permission Slip Generic (Church through Dist can use this to make a easy editable Royal Ranger Slip) Permission Slip Listing (Easy list to find your specific outing... after a while you can have hundreds) Rangers Score Sheet (Pow wow Score cards... here is the place for it) Scanned Map (All ways need a map scan it in and you got it all in one place!!!) Signs (Every sign a royal Ranger would need and the ability to make more) Trophies (Need 96 trophies..here is great way to keep it organized each event has differing needs) Facility Request Form (For those that need it in black and white just what you want like toilet paper..grrrr) Registration Sheet (A multicolum form just change the headers and it fits your outing) Pinewood Derby Template (My personalize Pinewood Derby Template...makes it easier to make a car) What is really nice about this is it's all in one place in one mouse click away. Each layout has data that is specific to that one outing. What have I left out...? There is always room for improvement. A new updated version will be posted sometime in March as always free for the download. I also added ICS info and Training info in the District Database. It allows one to track all training for anyone in their district with the ability to bulk e-mail/file attachments. Prayer Request! I got word tonight Darrell Moad one of our local Royal Ranger Commanders lost his home to fire. All contents were totally destroyed. The loss of ones personal things of this magnitude has to be staggering. Darrell was a major help to the District Pow Wow helping to build the fasiod and new shower house.
