Galatians 5:19-25 (NKJV) says:
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Webster's dictionary defines lewd as follows:
lewd adj. lewder, lewdest
1. a. Preoccupied with sex and sexual desire; lustful. b. Obscene; indecent.
While A#1 is correct in that God rebuked Adam & Eve for their disobedience (which caused them to hide because of their guilt), and not for their skin exposure, it is also true that the Father God made clothes for them and gave them to them to wear (Genesis 3:21). The skin isn't the problem. It is the lewdness and what people do with it in their hearts.
Lust and lewdness are soundly condemned many times in the Holy Bible. (Check for yourself, if you don't believe me.) These are conditions of the heart that are often associated with outward actions, words, and skin exposure that is inappropriate for the time & place. These things tend to result from and tempt people to lust.
Don't reward or join with those who practice such things. We have a better inheritance.
