Where do we get all this time to do all this stuff? After the Pinewood Lock in last weekend I didn't get anything done on my car and my son and his friend had some paint on them and a few finger prints...clamp mashes....runs... so today I started at 8:00 and setup some tools out in the Garage. Sanded and polished 16 wheels and axles. Repaired and repainted 3 cars and lubed and graphited it all. My car has about 10 coats of finish on it... oooo ahhh! Just as soon as I brought them in and sat them on top of the TV For all the BIG CURE... guess who comes by and picks up his car....yup you guessed it. After much nashing and grinding of teeth... I found that no harm was done and reminded him if I found a finger print on any of those cars... we would have a old fashioned hanging! GRIN!
I sure enjoy these craft projects. The boys really enjoy them. I hope there is a extra BIG Crown for all those extra paint jobs that are redone after you just got the last coat on them and some good ole Royal Ranger has to put his READY HANDS ON IT and we get to start over again... The Race is one week from Today. Please pray for our Devotion Time that God will plant seeds that will grow to saving of souls. As many of you know these races are a lot of work but well worth it. Some peoples won't come to Sunday School. Some wont' come to Church. Some will come to a Car Crafting or a Pinewood Race. So some where in there we might just get a opportunity to show Christ to someone. Talk it up and if you think you got a car that will smoke mine. Bring it on. I am up to the task! BIG GRIN!
