[RR] New Ranger Site

I am trying to make a place on the web where you can easily find resources 
for merits and exchange forms and other files. I just started it yesterday 
so there isn't much on it yet but I'm working on it. If anyone would like to 
help let me know.

PS I am not trying to replace or take away from Rangernet or Rangerforums 
just trying to add more resources.
