I just put up the latest Ranger Database for FREE download. It has a lot of new enhancements. Be sure to backup your current records before you install this new version. One of these days I will get rambunctious and automate the importing of records from old to new with a click of a button..but for now. YOU GET to do it!
I think any of you who send emails will like the District SAFE Email system. I have been emailing 200 emails with this setup and it works great! My email service limits me to 20 carbon copies so I just do that 10 times with the click of a button. Works great! The new District Royal Ranger Directory Booklet will give you a means to put together a picture phone/email booklet. Also added all the latest modules for training records. Track your ICS training and those you have trained. You can now track - upload send your training to a District Training Coordinator if your district wants to do it that way. Its as simple as clicking on button and importing a compatible emailed file. The Permission Slips Database has everything you would want to handle a RR event. With 20 layouts just for a event you can imagine there is a place for everything. Added a District Balance Sheet and quick calculator feature for District - Area Events to send records to Dist of events. It tallys and calculates. You will love this if you organize events. The calendar will make your record keeping fun and you can print off a calendar to fit your outpost - District events with the ability to keep it all in one file or print off just a calendar for what you want it for. Just a mention of a few things. There are hundreds of other things you will find handy. The GPH Database looks up and will send a GPH look alike order form that single entry tracks your Rangers Advancements and at the same time orders the patches and stuff. New GPH stuff is coming out all the time so look for updates on that on the website in upcoming months. If you find something I need to add. Just holler.
