Here is a link to 44 pictures we took at this weekends survival campout.

We had a great time and 19 was in attendance. This was a primitive
skills campout. The only thing I brought to cook with was tinfoil. I
made foil pack dinner, eggs and biscuits, and we survived on hot dogs for
noon lunch. We took the boys to a nice farm pond but only caught one
snapping turtle and a bunch of tadpoles.

The weather was great and we had a good council fire. I did bring a cot
this time but no one had a tent. The ticks were so thick that I was
pulling the crawling varmints off all the time. We were in a heavy
wooded area about 8 miles from town.

We had a couple of boys that were new to the outpost and this was their
first time camping. They loved it.

Just sounding off and don't' forget your MOM tommarrow.

Happy Mothers Day MOMS!
