It would take adding and correcting content from time to time to make sure that it stayed relevant, and to make it a more useful resource. It isn't even worth $5/month if it is old, out of date information. Some of the things on the RangerNet web site still have value, but some of it is just out of date. John Martinez will pay for or help pay for hosting, but he isn't really interested in maintaining the site.
