I haven't given up on upgrading the RangerNet mailing list. It is just very slow going from here... working on a server in Pennsylvania from the highlands of Papua New Guinea using a much slower than dialup connection. Thanks to some support from one of you, I have been able to rent some massive space for RangerNet plus the World English Bible files (including some free MP3 audio files), a caring pregnancy center site, and a few assorted others. I have root access to the server, so can lots of things... including really messing some things up, unfortunately. Anyway, hang in there.
On another subject, when I moved to the highlands of PNG, I took my sons away from Royal Rangers. I didn't take them away from adventure, though. Take a look at some of the places my son, Nate got to go a few days ago at http://kahunapule.org/gallery/png_photos16.htm for example.
