Michael, Congratulation on completing JLTC, I had two boys from my outpost (Jake & Josh Childs) at the Penn-Del JLTC last month. Our District has a pretty good web site at www.csonline.net/pdrangers with information on each of the district staff. Your best bet for regional would be to contact Darren Geesaman, he's our regional representative. If he's not listed, his dad Herman (Happy Guy) is on regional staff and Dwight Walters is on both regional and district staffs. For national staff, you might try contacting the national office. Section PS - Don't feel funny asking staff members at any level for help, most (if not all) are outpost commanders or lt. commanders who would rather answer a boy's question than an adult's.
