Subject: Brian Warner

You never know... Every day we impact lives that sometimes we don't even
realize.
This is a story that I hope will inspire all of us to show the Love of
Christ to everyone, even when it isn't convenient or comfortable.

In the mid 80's, this teenager named Brian Warner began to go to a youth
group. He was sort of an awkward kid, and no one really wanted to talk to
him. The youth pastor would go over to him, and like do the usual pastor
thing, you know,
How are you, that's good, and then talk to the other more popular kids. One
day they went to an amusement park and the pastor wanted them to be in
pairs, but no one wanted to pair with Brian, so he walked the park by
himself. The pastor didn't think he really needed to talk to Brian because
he went to a Christian academy all his life up to 8th grade, and was raised
in the church. Brian was at church for about 3 1/2 months, and one day he
just stopped coming. A few years later, the youth pastor had become leader
of a seminary, one of his students was now a youth pastor, and he called him
up. He asked his former pastor if he remembered a kid named Brian Warner.
The pastor vaguely remembered the name, but after a bit of description, he
knew who he was. The guy asked his pastor, do you know who he is now. The
former pastor said no. The guy gave him a hint; "He doesn't go by Brian
anymore." The pastor was stumped. He replied, "Brian Warner is now Marilyn
Manson."
This is a true story. As you can tell, the "Christians" in this youth
group shunned the boy in this story, Brian. If you think hard enough, if he
had been accepted into the group, he might not be what he is today. He is a
hurt man. Regardless of his actions, he still has feelings, and truly
believes that is what Christianity is all about. If someone could reach
him, maybe, just maybe, he could be able to bring millions of teenagers into
Heaven, instead of leading down the road to hell. Just something to think
about...how do we treat the "misfits" that come into our Ranger meetings?
Let them know that no matter how weird or awkward they seem that you and
Jesus love them, and never ever ignore them. They may need your attention
and your love.
 Let's also pray for Brian.

My daughter found this on the net...
We all have been shunned or simply ignored at one time or another. It's
easy to get hurt feelings but we all must 1.develope rinocerous hide to
deal with those situations that affect us personally 2. ask the Holy
Spirit to make us sensitive to the feelings of other people so we don't
create these situations.

> Y'all,
> Hey there I know some of you heard bad things about
Maryln Mason, and that some of you probally didn't hear about this. Like me
into Saturday or Sunday I think it was. I only heard bad stuff about him,
but did you know he used to attended a Penecost AG church? Yep he did he
went to Six Flags once spent the whole day by himself. He felt why do God
hates me and that Christians hate me. I ain't preaching to anyone, see
Sunday night at the Tent Revial Pastor Mark spoke on. That we as Christians
shouldn't be judging stuff or something like that. I ain't picking on
anyone, I am just saying is that. We as Christians we are post to be like
Christ, I know it is hard. As a Christian music person once said, when you
see someone by themself. Go see whats wrong, go invite them to be with the
group. Something to think about
