Brothers ans sisters on the net I want to give you all an amazing report
that occurred to me last weekend. I was about to close out my business
day when I had a terrible chest pain. the pain was so bad that I had to
go to a knee. when I tried to stand up I blacked out, came to and tried
to stand again, with the same results. My brother was there with me and
was about to call 911 when I woke up. I managed to get to my chair and
relax. I was confused and bewildered as to what had taken place.
Needless to say my wife was there in what seemed an instant. She took me
to Oak Ridge Methodist Hospital, where I was admitted to the cardiac
care unit. With-in hours I was on a table having a thallium x-ray done.
The report was bad, it showed that I had a bad blockage on the left
front of my heart. With this news I was sent back to my room to wait on
the Dr. When he came into my room he said that an angiogram(?) needed to
be done now, and that I needed to be prepared to have a stint or an
angioplasty done...... TODAY. Well my wife called our church and my mom
called her church to get the prayre chain started. In just a while I was
rolled into another room to prepair for the surgery. The doctor wanted
to see the extent of damage, so he did an angiogram(?). The Dr. said
that he wanted to see my films from earlier. The nurse said that the
films he was looking at were mine. He said that there must be some
mistake, that the heart he was looking at on the screen looked like the
one of an 18 year old in good shape. There was no sign of damage or
disease of any type. He was puzzeled????????? I told him that God had
just healed me. He was sceptable, but open minded. I was able to tell
him about my Lord and share with him the plan of salvation..... Yelp you
got it, he accepted christ on the spot as well as 2 of the attendents. I
did nothing, God had it all planned out. It is just a reminder that HE
holds the master plan and we may only see it as he see's fit. We are
rejoicing in the Lord at the opportunity to tell and lead others to him!
