My father -in-law when he was filled with the hoy ghost and speaking in tounges was approached by a individual who knew the hebrew language and asked him ( highschool drop out from the hills of kentucky ) how he knew this lost tounge so well. I belive that god has a message for who needs it in the tounges and that it is used many times as a comforter by allowing a comformation of his power to be seen. as for satan to understand what is being said I belive that he does know what is being said, but having little power over understanding. I know a young man who was filled with the holy-spirit and satan took hold of him in the form of the holy- spirit and tried to make a mockery out of a good service. Good thing that some elders in the church recognized what had happened and with the help of the lord gained control of the events that where happening. This is a long story but the holy-ghost also gives us the ability to see false prophits andwrong doings.
