I have correspondents around the world. One particular commander
from Nicaragua shared to me the needs of Rangers in their country. The are
in need of ALL RR materials that anyone can offer. Uniform items and other
Rangers related stuff are also scarce in this poor country. Not many can
afford to buy uniform. If you do visit the District Office or have any
fellow commanders that might be able to help gather some relevant materials,
that might be great. I can offer you assistance in sending the materials to
him. I would really appreciate it if you could spread the news and let
others know about this. Any enquiries or materials that are available for
donation can come to me. Do forward my email address to any commanders if
