Your boys are trained, advanced and ready to become leaders... You and your adult staff agree on implimenting "boy leadership" "Create a event where the olderboys set up "stations" to teach younger boys the advancement skills needed to succeed as pioneers ect." Make this happen as effectively as possible with forms to fill out and handouts to 'refer too.. and lines to stand in<G> Make this an "advancement skills day" ...and the adults will not participate! (*just stand and watch to preserve peace) If Commander is allways there... How many boys will step forward to lead? *Would you? I think I'm about to understand something<G> I'm a GREAT Commander..
