What does the boy want that comes to your OP meeting?

*If he opens a handbook, looks at the pictures... reads the opening
material...

Is he pleased with your Op? does it sound and act like he expected?

At the heart of a Patrol based group of boy leaders, is a foundation of
fairness and access to many "leaders" *a boy often does not know how to
act or get along..

Mayby in his patrol... in the quiet of a camp he can find a friend and
trust another,
and respect a Royal Ranger achiever.

*Our Job as Adults is to be "aware" and ALERT to the health of the
Outpost.
Be READY in an instand to act right and back our boy leaders when they
are right..
and council them when they fall short.

Many of us wear the LMA on our chest..

Organization- "make the OP a safe harbor"
Councilor-"Ready to minister"
Co-Ordination-"Give away the good stuff"
Camping-"Play the game"
Communication-"Reflection"

*What would happen if we did our jobs?
