Deuteronomy 6:4-7
--------------------
"Hear, O' Rangernet! (*Isreal) The Lord is our God,the Lord is one!
And you shall Love your God with all your heart and all your soul and
all your might.
...and these words,which I COMMAND you today, SHALL be on your heart;
and you Shall teach them diligently to your sons... and shall talk of
them when you sit
in your house and when you drive the mini-van(walk by the way) when you
hit the sack
and when you rise and shine! (NASB/-=A=- translation)
Ephesians 4:29
"When you talk or post to Rangernet- don't say harmfull things but say
the things
that people need- words that will help others become stronger. Then what
you
say will do good to those that read your posts"
Reflect on these thoughts about Leadership..."Eat the Hay and spew the
sticks<G>"
1. An effective Ranger leader, recognizes their imperfections and need
for a growing
dynamic relationship with God- and takes action to improve.
2. Effective leaders welcome alternitive points of view.
3. Leader's action speak louder than words, the leader is a teacher
either for good or
for bad.
4.A strong relationship is often the best form of influence.
5.Wisdom comes from experiance.
6. Constant fairness leads to trust.
7.Followers inturpet indecision as a decision.
8.Flexibility is a streangth, not a weakness.
9. Everyone can be capible of change.
