I spoke to my people Wednesday night about the possible changes coming. The
reason I did was so the SA commander and Buckaroo commander would not invest
anything more in the their themes, Indians and Cowboys. We have put together
outstanding SA and Buck rooms over the last 6 years. However as I explained
to the group commanders that nothing will change during the next 1 and half
or two years. Thursday I ordered TB books, uniforms, and awards. Royal
Rangers will go on for now as it is. We must keep doing our work with boys
and leave the work of the new program up to our leaders. There may be some
changes in the program but the ministry will stay the same. As for Outpost
45, the best thing we have will stay the same, our boys and our leadership
team.
