I was just working on a project and noted something strange... *I was
happy<G>

Though the task was simple I knew what to do.. practice had made the
skills needed
to succeed well with in my grasp!

Many of our boys think that because they cannot '"do" something today...
that might mean they "never will get it right"...

*That just isn't right!
--------------------

God has given us a precious thing... *Time

The Bible says that there is a *Time and purpose for everything.. and if
we
trust that to be true.. (It is by the way<G>) then we must admit that
"OUR TIME"
will come<G>

Suddenly.. the classes that I might have blown in school can be put into
perspective!
I have the *time to go back and do it right! Mayby just because
Commanders son
knows all the answers... I can see that in *time my turn will come and I
too will advance
to the GMA!

Last meeting.. I handed a boy a short rope and he was to tie a square
knot..
(Left over right...right over left) and he was troubled and faced that
"inner-wall" of self
doubt..... *But we were not in a "rush"... I could wait<G> and suddenly
or ...in
a moment of time<G> the boy was able to understand the task, he gained
confidence
and did right!

The success a boy finds in doing something right is the key to
developing good feelings
about social interactions if tempered by a like desire to "Lift" another
as well! It's like
wakeing sleeping giants... *all the boys can succeed in time.. at Royal
Rangers!

The trail get's steeper as we advance.. not to discourage us, but rather
to match our
new found skills and abilities... We exercise our hearts.. and our
capacity to understand others, good feelings will grow. If we exercise
our bodies we gain health... If we read the Bible
our relationship with our God will blossum...

The final task is to share the wealth!

When you boil down the "perfect outpost" it's basic unit is
friendship...forgiveness..
and unity of purpose. Being there releases Joy..Peace and beauty<G>!

and Freedom of the heart is found!

*Do this!

Greet someone.. the next person you meet and SMILE!
...ask them something about themselvs.. compliment something about
them..
then *stick out your hand and take theirs!

Look them in the eyes and say: HOWDY!
