We have a Mt.man Doc in our group of FCF..
Recently he told us a way to lose weight...
Eat regular meals for 2 days, then skip a day and continue to eat
regular for 2 days
skipping every third day...ect. He told us to expect to lose about 5 lbs
that way.
*Next time we met.. there was Lots of skinny Wilderness members..
reporting weight losses of 20 lbs. a week!
"That's AMAZEING FELLERS! Good Job!! *did you follow my instructions?"
They looked at each other and one replied:
"*Yessir-I'll teel yah straight out that I thought I was go'n to drop
dead that 3rd day!"
"From Hunger?" asked Doc...
"*No- from Skipping!"
