I am a commander's wife. I help him in our Trailblazers/Challengers class.
The one main thing that I do not understand is that I am expected to know
the same exact things that my husband does, when it comes to Rangers. But
the only draw back is his gets all the training and all I can do is read his
notes. Why don't they have a type of advanced training (ex: NTC) for
females who are working with Rangers. Male commanders who work with any of
the groups are invited to participate in NTC and other training events. But
all the feamle commanders are not privileged to this training. Where do we
need to go for our training.
