Synopsis of 2000 FCF
Trace Business Meeting
1) Trappers Brigade
***New***New***New***
We will now have a new way to track Trappers Brigade points. Score
cards are being printed for all members who are involved in Trappers Brigade
to fill in accumulated Trappers points. When enough points have been accumulated,
cards can be turned in for Trappers Brigade Pins. Cards will be available
from District office or Chapter officers.
2) As has been established
in the past, FCF dues for two (2) years are due from anyone who wishes
to bring their membership from in-active to ACTIVE status.
3) There was a wilderness
initiation at Rendezvous. For more information, please contact Alfred Norman

4) The Jim Bowie Chapter
wishes to congratulate our LADIES for the establishment of the Pioneer
Ladies Fellowship. This new fellowship was established during Trace by
interested ladies that wish to be involved in promoting the purpose and
mission of our District FCF chapter. Membership is open to all women &
girls who's husband/father is an active FCF member. Membership is also
open to all currently chartered Royal Ranger Buckaroo/Straight Arrow LTC
trained women Commanders. Must be 13 years or over to join. For more information,

5) Chapter Dues Increase
for 2000. Chapter membership has voted to increase membership dues for
old timers to $20.00 per year. Of this amount - $8.00 for missions and
$12.00 for chapter expenses. Youngbucks dues to remain the same at $13.00
per year. A missions barrel will be set up at FCF functions to allow any
voluntary mission offering to be collected. For a 1999 chapter financial
statement, please contact Snake Hunter.
6) Frontier Adventure
will be held in November as scheduled. Check the district calendar for
the dates.
7) Chapter Elections:
William McFarland (Wolfe) has been elected to the office of Chapter Scout.
Nelson Jones (Snake Hunter) has been re-elected to the office President.

9) Frontier Adventure:
To clear up past confusion, fees for Frontier Adventure are: $35.00 - includes
choker kit, flint & steel, FCF handbook & 2 meals. For future Frontier
Adventures, this fee DOES NOT include first
year's dues. $20.00 for each Old Timer (18 & older), and $13.00 for
each Young Buck will be collected at Frontier Adventure in addition to
Frontier Adventure fees. Total of $55.00 for Old Timers and $48.00 for
Young Bucks. These dues will cover membership for the coming year.
