*I was just thinking about the high achiever Ranger, and his motivations... Not all of our SuperRangers have their heads screwed on straight! *Some have bought the "program" and know how to answer the question the way you as *Commander want it answered...but lack the heart of a compassionate leader.. Some look good on the "outside" and cover a "hollowness"... Real leaders and persons of high ideals have a 'self-lessness quality, and ability to show empathy and measured *grace... I beleve this comes from inward decisions of personal ethics and ideals.. and their "personal Leadership Handbook" The SuperRanger is a wonderfull thing.. Don't let them down with low expectations, and limited resources but guide them to where they need to go.. to continue the climb to become God's men. -=A=- --
