At NTC we learned that those that put RR before family will suffer distruction and that is WRONG! *God first! *Family! *Job! then ministry and self! ------------------------------------------------- I want the MEN to step back for Sr.Guide! BOY LEADERSHIP! I want NTC to come alive in our Outposts! You need to support your son working things out with his Ranger buddies and back the boy leaders to plan and exicute events camps and projects. The process of planning- and carrying out any Ranger function, will build experiance in the boys that will make them more mature-better Rangers and mature leaders with real jobs.. and genuine successes! That is a tall job for YOU TO DO! *Make the boys the "hero's" and let them say aloud "we did this ourself" It will require at some point "letting go of the riegns!" *Go fish with your son.. Go throw the footbal or frisby! *Buy a Harley and take him to Sturgis! *Take him to the woods and blow a brick of .22's....Pray with him at bedtime... Hike the backcountry with him...and even be the best Commander he ever had! But let Royal Rangers play fair- and let the mission be the mission!
