Burnout occurs when you no longer make a difference. When every conceivable thing you can do to affect your Outpost is thwarted, impeded or not accepted -- you face burnout. It's never because we are tired... Tired is good, it means you have been working very hard to make things work. Hard work is good. However, in all of efforts, you have made NO progress, worse - no difference, then you burn out. Sometimes God allows us to burnout in situations that HE wants to make a difference in. Even if it means shutting down the Outpost for a spell. If this is happening, and you've done your best, let go and let God take over for awhile. - Rest up.
