'Jes back from camp and young Josh "white river" drove the classic
USFS recycled chevy over Cayus and Chinook pass, past Mt.Rainer
and I believe with the summer heat we ruined the starter on the truck...

It takes a lot of beans to pull that pass...

It's all put back together, and I made it in for the 279 messages<G>

RangerCamp 2000 was mighty fine and I stayed up in the FCF village
play'n clawhammer banjer and talking to folks as they passed...

What a great thing to see "White Buff'ler" Bill Zerby! ...and sit a
laugh
with him on "traders row"<G> and to meet up again with Cdr.Freddy
Espinoza... This brother blesses me every time!

I made many new friends too!<G>

As I rested.. I began to think of our fellowship and the unique blessing

we share by participation, later at the FCF communion around the fire
our chapter chaplain began to pray for peace... He asked that with the
bread we put to death those troubles that would keep us from Jesus..

And with the cup... we should be healed by the stripes Christ received
for us..

He spoke in the "spirit" and with ease described the pointlessness of
becoming
bitter at situations beyond our control, and that Jesus would offer us a
choice..
to refrain and carry the weight-or to join and let go of the past, and
embrace
through forgiveness grace and mercy a healing of spirit... Christ made
possible
our mental, social, physical and spiritual healing if we only *accept,
*beleve
and *confess our healing!

Following the cup, we had a time of "sharing" and I listened to the
voices
of "slow turtle" "whittler" and "little John" and though I wanted to
share that
I faced a time of "wilderness walking" I saw that it was just a portion
of the
"Lifetime adventure"<G>

I raised my hands and spoke in my "prayer language" and just praised the

Lord for the moment we shared...

"Let slip yur mind... and wait on the Lord, follow his instruction"

God will guide our paths...
Trust in him...be at peace and increase the "morale" *speak Life!

More to come...
