*OK.. Critical Thinking caps on!
---------------------------------

The *Mission prime is Reach-Teach-Keep *not the "man-boy" relationship,
but the *Boy-Christ relationship to his life and future!

All you lack is "leadership" and that can come from various sources, if we
open our hearts to what is availible. "Training" can be found in media
sources, as well as camps and academies, but what we need are people
able to facilitate-and impliment a *plan...

The new "program" is trying to take the weight off Commander for some
of this "planning" or substance of each weekly meeting with prepared
lessons...

*I propose that we dream of the day that "anyone" can be a commander<G>

Sr.Guide-
Lt. Cdr.-
Dad-
Mom-

Leadership is not a dominating presence, a stern voice or a snappy uniform
on a size 16 neck! *Leadership is a virtue-----

And we are in the Virtue-Character-Leaderbuilding business!

*The leaders of the future are here right now!
*The boys!

Amen- but what we need are just real Royal Rangers<G>

We can ease the burden and make it fun to "belong" and people will
*pay to play!

I speek the truth!
