*Here's where the truth can set us free-
"Narrow minds may be an issue, *but your service is not!"
---------------------------------
The truth is that you may serve as a Adult leader of Royal Rangers in any
capacity needed by your Outpost, and no-one has the "authority" to say
you are wrong or quote someone else, saying something other than ...a hearty-
"God Bless and welcome to this camp" *If you are a Ranger leader,
you are never *just a visitor!
This may make some uncomfortable as it is "outside" their zone of understanding,
or may be in conflict with some "core" doctrine that they defend... but
* in honesty that has "nothing to do" with your call to serve! You understand
right from wrong, and when to withdraw and when to step forward!
Many men believe there is a "policy" and have heard it spoken... however,
what need is there for such "official action?" *None! It's a non-issue...
so let's keep the main thing in perspective! A Ranger is at all times
*polite-*Kind... and *Thoughtfull!
The cob-webs need to be swept from our eyes and allow us to "raise"
the conversation on to the real challenge of true Leadership that is effective!
Where's the beef?<G>
