I forgot say that the praise part can carry over to many areas: RR for
instance I praise my Sr. Comdr.. I know he is my hubby, but if I praise him
separately as my SR. Comdr.. don't you think there are more blessings there,
praise your employer, praise your pastor, praise you music pastor, praise
your child's teacher (have mercy that one just came to me), there is no end
to how and where your blessings can manifest themselves if you put on your
garment of praise. Remember the blessings flow downward just like the oil
of anointing over Aaron. I will praise my husband and stand right
underneath his beard and stand ready to receive and spread that anointed oil
that will come as a result adn then I will praise my Sr. Comdr and stand
under his beard, etc., Lord this is going to get messy!

or a better title would be Cheif Flaming Hair tells on herself

While at times it is obvious that there some areas where I do have problems
with the male/female thing -- but it is only with the exclusivity thing and
that is only in some areas.

I love letting my husband be head of the house. This was not always so, but
wisdom and truth have prevailed. For men being the head is an anointing
while for women it is a yoke. There is a huge difference there.

The latest blessing I have received regarding the way I should look to my
husband was given to me three weekends ago.

During praise and worship I was telling the Lord how I love to praise Him
and then I looked over at my husband and the Lord revealed to me..."this is
you head/priest, just as I am head of the Church he is your head." Well I
already knew that part, but there is more..."Just as I am head of the church
your praise is due me you must praise your husband/head/priest. Do not
worship him, worship is Mine, but praise him. If you do this I will lift
you both. Go home tonight and praise him."

So I did. And I continue to do so. Since I did this my husband received a
raise that he had no idea was coming, it just showed up on his check (he
called to make sure everything was correct) not only that his position was
not what he thought it was , his positions is such that if he makes his sale
quota for the next 3 months he will receive another 15% raise (every 3
months) and he always makes his sales, I received and $800.00 bonus, my
raise from our merger I found out is bigger than I'd first been told it
would be, and I have had one attorney switched for another, who is one I
wanted to work for as I would learn so much more under him.

So I hope this will not only bless any female rangernetters out there
(Janet, Jen, Ruth...and any others i may have missed), but also I hope it
will allow you men to see that I am not this horrific proactive feminist
that I may come across as.

Maybe those of you who have wives that aren't on the net might want to share
this with them.

One of the hardest things in the world for a Christian woman to deal with is
often that word "Submit". But think about it like when you were in the
World...if you were a party animal, you thought becoming a Christian meant
giving up all the fun stuff and your freedom, well for women it is a double
dose of giving up not only do we give up the world, but we have to let you
men run it (!) , but just as you were wrong about what becoming a Christian
meant to your freedom and fun, it is doubly wrong for women, not only do we
receive the blessings of God, but also it is not our position to sweat about
money, if a bill collector calls it is not our job to come up with the
answers, much less the money, someone calls wanting to sell us something--"I
let my husband make all of those decisions -- would you mind holding?" (I
don't have to be the bad guy) and hey don't forget about who takes out the
trash and fixes that stopped up toilet!

In all seriousness I love you guys (Neanderthals included :))

Kelly
