*No where in published materials available to adult leaders of Royal
Rangers is there a *policy banning the involvement of Women at any
level or position in our program/ministry, US-FCF excluded.

Not the LTC or the Leader handbook.

No where does it give permission or authority to any Royal Ranger
leader
to enforce or lecture in any way such "policy." No where does it state
that
one man, even on National Staff can institute policy without review and
approval
of the executive. (*i.e. Rev.Tom Trask)

As adult leaders of Royal Rangers we are to conduct ourselves to the
standards
of the Ranger Code, pledge and motto. We are to enforce and preach the
GOLDEN RULE. and act in good faith with the doctrines and authority of
our church.

Internal documents, letters and references do exist that back the
opinions
of those that suggest men should be the leaders of those age groups that

camp. While this may seem a minor ethical dilemma, it is more
appropriate
a concern to the AG Youth ministries than Royal Rangers, as it seldom
raises a situation with RR worthy of national attention.

Royal Rangers does not have a problem with Women being involved
in the leadership of Royal Ranger boys. Royal Rangers does not
discriminate
against women or promote men above women in leadership as a policy.

The local Outpost and it's leadership makeup is the domain of the
individual
sovern church.

The secondary attributes of belonging to a Ranger Outpost may include
Father-Son activities, strong Christian role models, personal
achievement
and character building teaching, but the *Mission is to *Reach,*Teach
and
*Keep boys for Christ.
