As I know, RR work in Latvia, Ukraine is trying to start with the help of
Hanspeter. And I think, that's about it on the West. I don't know much about
our Asian friends. But I don't think there are Rangers in Uzbekistan,
Kirgizhia, etc. It's not easy out there now, by the way. They have problems
with Islamist terrorists there on the south.

Nope. Only mine own :-)) but I was trying to reconstruct it, and still
didn't do it because of lack of time. :-(  Churches in Russia mostly have
computers, but not many people do. Not all the churches (and those with
outposts) have Internet. So you understand, people still don't have many
computers. And because of that they sure don't worry about the WEB :-}
