Thank you for your kind words. At times the treatment that my wife has
received has brought her to tears and it breaks my heart. Some times the
injury comes from commanders on the camp outs when they see her in camp
during the day. At times it come from district. Injury is injury and it
hurts. My wife is forced to camp close to the main road that gives
access to the camp. The camp security checks on her every hour but they
use a little golf cart type transport to get to her (she is that far
removed from the Ranger camp). The only reason that she is still a
Ranger Commander is the CLEAR call God has placed on her. I am so proud
of her for withstanding the turned up noses, murmers of objection spoken
loud enough for her to hear and not the boys, and the list goes on. This
last camp she was the only female at camp and she stayed where she was
told. I can and do promise that it will never happen again. It realy
disturbs me that the ones that have hurt her are the ones that reach out
in love and bend over backwards to help any man but turn a deaf ear to
her and the reasons that she is a Commander.
I know that you haven't done anything to her Will, and thank you again
for what you said.
