If we can remove ourselves from all the important issues of the
past week or so on this net, maybe we can remember that there 
are other things that can occupy our minds, such as praying for 
our brothers and sisters in Israel.  In the light of what has been
going on in Israel I was hoping there would be some [on this 
net] who would see the urgency of prayer in this matter.

Maybe in the same sense of fasting, when we feel a hunger 
pain we lift up a prayer or meditate, maybe we can lift
up a prayer for Israel when we think about the 'never ending'
women issue or NTC.

Where's the balance.  If one topic occupies our minds too 
much we may want to ask God for release.

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my
Redeemer.  Psalm 19:14

Finally, brothers [and sisters], whatever is true, whatever is noble,
whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is
admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - 'think' about
such things.  Philippians 3:8
