Lot's of folks get confused with talk about "boy leadership"
as it seems to contradict what you are told.. and maybe what
you think about the job of "Commander"...

If you think about it... the "Man-Boy" relationship has a flaw.

While being a Christian role model we are not to become the
one and only influence in a boys life! We must share his heart
with his family and friends, teachers and pastor! We might even
suggest he stay home and attend to his homework!

Royal Rangers provided us with a tool.

We are to stand with the boys and gaze at the "ideals" represented
by the CODE and pledge our hearts to live it- with God's help!

The boys and us leaders are sure to fall short...but that gives us
a perspective to raise the standards!

If we then *partners in a boys growing up, we can share wisdom
with out domination of his embrace of others and his friends. We
lead.... by silence as much as speech! Our format is organized
so he see's what order can do to promote advancement.

We play fair, and we play together.
...and we follow the CODE!
