The facts are this-
*Never did I desire to run some pilgrim off Rangernet.
Every Ranger is my *brother! ..those present and those dead!
I understand I come on strong, and stand my ground...
You must know by now I have more than a few strong opinions!
I'll list them.
1.The Patrol Method is valid, and misunderstood by Royal Rangers.
(This is my big criticizum of NTC)
2. For the patrol method to succeed, we need to agree to change the
mental attitude and traditional job description of Commander.
(*This is where all the top-down talk and team building comes from)
3.It's about holding a balance and *ministry at the teachible moment.
(*Program/*Ministry)
4. Ranger boys must "buy into" the *program or it will fail to grow.
(*Rangers is for the boys!)
5. We Love God, and we Love others.
(The main thing)
