Here's my er-pinon... ----------------------- When we ask for Integrity, we ask for honesty... The point can be made that GW made a mistake and admitted it. He paid his fine and had the event expunged from his record. He's admitted that he drank like a fish as a young man and his school transcript shows that to be true. *Now he claims he withheld this event to save his kids the embarassment of a double standard when he works to curb drunk driveing. . There is Courage in what GW did in standing up and speaking straight. I admire that. Dick Cheny also admitted two DUI as a youth.. Unfortuneatly they have had us bombarded with propaganda insisting that moral character in the office of the president is our right. *I regret that earlier during the primary GW made a stinging point that McCain was wrong to question his forthright honesty, in compare'n GW to Pres.Clinton's "distortions". Now it's clear that there was substance to Mc Cains assumptions. McCain won the New Hapshire primary and faced Bush for a 10 million dollar mudfest in So.Carolina. If being honest, and paying the price is redemptive, and worth our respect, I suggest the wrong man is heading the Republican ticket. We can do better- The "special intrests" have stolen this election. -=A=- _______ To unsubscribe, send "unsubscribe rangernet" to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or visit http://rangernet.org/subscribe.htm and fill out the form.
