Is it true that if you provide shelter to a runaway minor, you can be charged
with kidnapping.  I live in Tennessee, and on the way home from work, I heard
about a teacher in Antioch who provided shelter to a runaway kid.  Because the
kid was a minor, he was charged with kidnapping.  If that's the case, I'm not
surprised that most of the shelters out there require kids to be at least 16,
unless a parent is with them.
