It has also been noted that the admistration of the contest is subject to
fluctuations of mid-life memory and blood pressure blips<G> and that we
are excludeing the ladies somehow...
*Negitive! LADIES!*If you have a beard.. or know a *UGLY Beard.. *That
counts!

(like when Commander asks the patrol for a cheer... *give him a cheer=
Win a point! *space out and go "duh"= Lose a point)
